Great concept. It'd be kinda funny to check all the boxes (except maybe the Hell one, just maybe) and write down a message next to each one. So you pick a friend and write down their birthday date next to the Happy Birthday box, their anniversary date, and other little messages like "for whenever you get the sniffles" next to the "get well soon" box. Then at the top write, "2010: I've got you covered".
